Marie-Fleur “Fleur” Agema (born 16 September 1976) is a Dutch politician and former spatial designer. As an official of the Party for Freedom (Partij voor de Vrijheid) she is an MP since November 30, 2006. She focuses on issues of taking care of the elderly.

In November of 2006, she was elected an elected member of the Dutch House of Representatives. The States-Provincial was closed on March 14, 2007. As a MP, her primary areas of expertise are in education, health as well as infrastructure, spatial planning and healthcare.

Agema has been born in Purmerend. Between 1995 and 1999, she was a student at a vocational school in Enschede and graduated with an B.Arch. In 2000 and 2001, she was a student at an institution of vocational education in Amsterdam which she graduated with an M.Arch. and, in 2004 she received an M.Arch. from a vocational college in Utrecht. From 1999 until 2003, she was an architect and spatial designer as well as project manager for an architectural company.
In March 2003, she became the State-Provincial representative of North Holland, as a member of the Pim Fortuyn List. On the 17th of October, 2003 she stated that she was losing confidence on the governing board that is the Pim Fortuyn List with two other members from the State in the Pim Fortuyn List. In 2004, she quit the partydue to discontent with the ongoing internal conflict. She was a part-time State-Provincial member as an independent.
Agema went on maternity leave on 13 January 2015, she was replaced by Karen Gerbrands. On 17 February 2015 she gave birth to a daughter.
