The year 2012 was the first time he began to represent Hong Kong in international tournament event. The year 2014 was the time he finished as the runner-up in the Vietnam International tournament in mixed doubles competition partnered by Poon Lok Yan, who was being defeated by Alfian Ekoprasetya of Indonesia and Annisa Saufika from Indonesia by a score of 21-14 and 21-17. He was also a semifinalist in Osaka International tournament.
