Fautino De Los Santos (born 15 February 1986) is an Dominican professional relief baseball player, who is currently an independent agent. He was a part of Major League Baseball for the Oakland Athletics in 2011 and in 2012, and also with the Musashi Heat Bears in Japan’s Baseball Challenge League.
On February 6 on the 6th of February, 2013 De Los Santos was claimed off waivers by the San Diego Padres. Later that year, he was one of 20 players named in connection to Biogenesis of America, who allegedly gave performance- enhancing drugs to professional players. On the 5th of August 2013 he pleaded guilty to a suspension of 50 games due to his part in the scandal, while in Arizona recuperating from shoulder surgery on the right side.
In July 2012 De Los Santos was traded to the Milwaukee Brewers for catcher George Kottaras.

De Los Santos began his career with his home team of the Chicago White Sox organization as a pitcher in the starting position. He was a good player throughout the Dominican Summer League in 2006. He played in 2007 and divided his time with the Single-A Kannapolis as well as Advanced-A Winston-Salem.
In January 2008 the team traded him together alongside Ryan Sweeney and Gio Gonzalez to the Athletics in exchange for Nick Swisher. He was a 2008 starter played for Single-A Stockton but was absent for the majority of the 2009 and 2008 seasons following having Tommy John operation to heal the injured elbow. The 2009 season was concluded with the AZL Athletics as well. He was then added to the Athletics the 40-man roster shortly after the season had ended. De Los Santos began 2010 returning to The Stockton Ports and was promoted to Double-A Midland RockHounds where he spent much of the season. Although he ended 2010 with an unsatisfactory 6.54 ERA in 25 appearances with Midland, De Los Santos was a good performer throughout 2011 as he quickly rose up the ranks. De Los Santos was elevated to Triple-A Sacramento River Cats on May 5.
On July 2, 2018, De Los Santos signed with the Diablos Rojos del México of the Mexican League. He was released on August 14, 2018.
