Evelina Betancourt-Anthony (born 1950) is an Aruban born Bonairean political and health official. Since 1 December 2015, she was appointed the deputy Chief of Staff to the Island Governor. She also in the absence of the Island Governor, she takes over the duties of the post.

Anthony became the interim Island Governor for Bonaire and also the Kingdom of the Netherlands representative for Bonaire, Saba and Sint Eustatius for the duration of one calendar year. After her party was elected she was appointed the Deputy in charge of Health Care. This was a period that saw a change on the island prior to the time that police operated the ambulance service, and major health care services required patients to be transported via boats to Curacao. An oversight board was created to oversee services for ambulances, provide home health care, and offer the health professionals with training. It was in 2000 that Anthony got a job as Minister of the government of The Hague and returned to the Netherlands for two years. After that, she came back to Bonaire and was appointed chairmanship of the Association that was changed to Mariadal Foundation. Mariadal Foundation (Dutch: Fundashon Mariadal. The new system was in place the chair was part-time on the Board and Anthony was a member of the organization until the year 2014.
