Eva Koch is one of the most popular and richest Sculptor who was born on June 17, 1953 in Frederiksberg, Capital Region of Denmark, Denmark. Eva Isabel Koch (born 17 June 1953) is a Danish artist who gained notoriety for her video-based installations. She received her the Thorvaldsen Medal.

While Koch was initially trained as an artist, she is equally comfortable working with other mediums, such as light and sound. Koch was the designer of Denmark’s largest work, Lyshojen, in Esbjerg in 1994-2001 alongside designer of the landscape Steen Hoyer. The year 2003 was the time she exhibited her Villar video exhibition during the Venice Biennale which told the story of a young boy from Spain adopted by an Norwegian family, with pictures that were up to 2 metres (six feet) tall. Through her films, Koch presents ordinary people who form a strong bond with viewers.

Lerche, Mogens Moller, Hein Heinsen and Bjorn Norgaard between 1985 and 1992. From 1989 until 1990, she also studied in the Facultad de Bellas Artes (Faculty of Fine Arts) in Barcelona.
