Eva Klotz (born 4 June 1951) is an Italian politician from Italy. She was an elected Landtag member from the South Tyrol over a period of 31 years from 1983 to 2014. She was a member of several parties in that period, and later (from 2007,) she was a member of the South Tyrolean Freedom.

In 2007, there were conflicts among members of the Union for South Tyrol: Eva Klotz on the one side, and Andreas Poder [de] on the other. In unable to reach an acceptable compromise that was accepted by both sides, Eva Klotz, Sven Knoll [de] and others resigned from the Union and formed a separate group dubbed South Tyrolean Freedom. Within the group in this newly formed political organization, Klotz was elected again into the South Tyrolian parliament in 2008 and 2013. After 2014 Klotz removed herself from her position and resigned from the Landtag for personal reasons.

In 1989, dissatisfied with the moderate politics of Silvius Magnago quit her position with the South Tyrolean People’s Party and created her own political group named”the Union for South Tyrol. She was elected as a member of the South Tyrolian parliament on the Union for South Tyrol ticket between 1989 until 2007.
