Eric DeBari Junge (born January 5 1977) is an American former professional baseball player. He was a player in Major League Baseball (MLB) for the Philadelphia Phillies.
In January 2013, he announced his retirement as a player in active play and was then hired as an Advanced Major League scout in the San Diego Padres front office and was in the position during two years. Junge was employed from 2015 to 2017 working as an Minor League Pitching Instructor in the Padres organization. He was elevated as a Pitching Manager prior the start of the season in 2018.

Junge was selected in the Los Angeles Dodgers in the 11th round in the 1999 amateur draft. He then transferred with the Philadelphia Phillies in 2001. He played on the field in 10 matches for the Phillies in 2002 and 2003. The Phillies made him Major League debut on September 11 2002.
