Ella Azura Pardy (born 22 December, 1990) was an Australian Para athlete who competes in the T38 100m 200m, T38 long jump, and 200m. She was a representative of Australia during the 2014 Commonwealth Games in long jump and at the Long Jump at the IPC Athletics World Championships. She was a part of Australia during the 2016 Rio Paralympics in athletics where she was awarded the bronze medal.
Pardy began to play sports to try to wear her body’. She was then engaged in skating basketball and swimming, as well as cycling and athletics. In 2009 and 2011, Pardy was a representative for Australia in Inas Global Games. Inas Global Games for para athletes who have an intellectual disability. The games served to establish classification of athletes for that of the International Paralympic Committee. Pardy was then reclassified , and it allowed her to participate in qualifying to compete for Australia during the Commonwealth Games, World Championships and Paralympic Games. Pardy was later included in the National Athlete Support Structure at the international level.
Pardy represented Australia at the 2014 Commonwealth Games in Glasgow in the T37/38 long jump, jumping a distance of 3.62m. In 2015, Pardy has competed in the 200m at the Western Australia Championships running the third fastest time ever for the T37/38 event. At the 2015 IPC Grand Prix held in Brisbane Pardy, won gold in the 100m.
