Bloodworth was also a part in the Dutch teams in during the 2014 FIFA Women’s World Cup and the team that won the UEFA Women’s Euro 2017. Following the 2017 tournament, the entire team was awarded a medal by the Premier Secretary Mark Rutte and Minister of Sport Edith Schippers and made Knights of the Order of Orange-Nassau.
Dominique Janssen married Brandon Bloodworth from the United States in 2018 and adopted her husband’s name. Brandon Bloodworth has had four years of service in the US Air Force stationed in Afghanistan in the past and met Janssen in London, England. Bloodworth was the first player to play for the first time as a junior selection of the Royal Dutch Football Association on 17 March 2010, in the U-15 friendly match. the national side against England. On September 8, 2013, (1st Round) she made her debut for the club in a 3-3 draw against BV Cloppenburg of the Bundesliga. She scored her debut goal in the Essen jersey on November 3, 2013. (7th Round) in the 5-1 victory against Hoffenheim. In 2015 she was signed by the Dutchwoman joined English club Arsenal Ladies. This move proved successful for her, with Janssen taking home the WSL Cup of 2015 in the 3-0 defeat of Notts County by Arsenal.
She once again played in another Cup final the following season, this being the 2016 FA Cup final which took place on 14 May. Arsenal beat Chelsea by 1 goal to nil in the match at Wembley and were thus crowned champions, earning their fourteenth FA Cup title.
