Diana (born June 2nd 1954) is a Brazilian singerwho achieved notoriety during the 70s. Diana was born Ana Maria Siqueira Iorio, in the Botafogo Ward situated in Rio de Janeiro city, at the age of 2 on June 2, and born in the Leblon Ward. The fans of her gave her the title “The Love Singer of Brazil”. Her styles of singing are Jovem Guarda and Brazilian Pop.

At the time, Raul Seixas had a solo career, and was able to devote his time to producing his own music. The year 1974 saw Diana moved to a different label in search of freedom to create her own music. With Polydor Label, she recorded three albums between 1974 and 1976. They included the smashes “Foi Tudo Culpa do Amor” (Was All Love’s Blame), “Uma Nova Vida” (A New Life) and “Lero-Lero” (Idle Talk).

In 2010, Diana adopted the new stage name Dianah. She declared the intention to record a new CD, a live DVD and to release an autobiography.

Diana continued to record and work between 1971 and 1972, and eventually signed an agreement for the CBS Label, replacing Wanderlea. With the help of Raul’s production Diana enjoyed success through the tracks “Uma Vez Mais” (One Last Time), “Fatalidade” (Fatality), “Um Mundo So Pra Nos” (A World Just To We Both), “Porque Brigamos” (Why We’re Tloubbed), “Estou Completamente Apaixonada” (I am completely in Love) as well as “Hoje Sonhei Com Voce” (Today I slept with You).
