His notable works include Dariyo Bhalene Mwane (2008; Ghazal anthology), Antim Yuddha (2009; drama) and Sanket (2011 Critical Works). He was awarded the Yuva Puraskar of Sahitya Akademi, New Delhi for his work on Antim Yuddha in 2011. He was also the recipient from the Yuva Gaurav Puraskar of 2008 established through Gujarat Sahitya Akademi.
Ajavalu Suratnu, the initial Ghazal anthology, which also included three other poets, came out in 2003. It was followed by Dariyo Bhalene Maane (2008). His first work of criticism Sakshibhav was released in 2007 and was followed by Natakma Myth (2007), Satvikam (2010) and Sanket (2011; The Sign). Antim Yuddha (2009; The Ultimate War) is an epic drama written by the writer.

Parekh is a native of Surat, Gujarat. The parents of his father include Pushpa as well as Ravindra (a author and poet). He attended his primary school in Surat. He passed his Std. 10 in 1992 at Kadiwala High school, Surat as well as Std. 12 in 1994 from the Proprietary English School in Surat. He earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in 1997 at J.Z Shah Arts as well as H.P Desai Commerce College, Amroli and his Master of Arts degree in 1999 at M.T.B Arts College, Surat in Gujarati literature. The year 2005 was the time he received an Ph.D for his study Natakma Myth : Bharatiya Bhashaoma Lakhayela Mahabharat Aadharit Natakono Alochanatmak Abhyas (A critically analyzing Indian dramas that are based on Mahabharata) at South Gujarat University.
Parekh began the career of a reporter. He worked as a reporter for a variety of media outlets, including Navgujarat Times, Pratinidhi Patra and Channel Surat. He joined the media in 2001. was accepted into M.T.B Arts College, Surat as an undergraduate research fellow. He was there until the year 2002. From 2002 to 2006 the position was as an adjunct lecturer in the Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar Open University. He worked as the assistant lecturer of M.S University from June 2006 until November 2006. He was promoted to assistant lecturer in 2006. took on the role of the assistant professor at M.D Gramseva Mahavidyalay, Sadra. He began writing poems in 1992, and was first published with Gujarat magazine.
Gujarat Sahitya Akademi awarded him Yuva Gaurav Puraskar in 2008 for his contribution in Gujarati literature. He won Yuva Puraskar of 2011 instituted by Sahitya Akademi, New Delhi for Antim Yuddha, also awarded by Mahendra Bhagat Prize (2008–09) of Gujarati Sahitya Parishad. He received Batubhai Umarvadiya Prize (2004) for Bolpen Nu Kholu’ (one act play) and Yashwant Pandya Prize (2005) for Shaap (one act play). His critical work Natakma Myth was awarded by Ramanlal Joshi Prize and his ghazal anthology Dariyo Bhalene Maane was awarded the Manharlal Chokshi Prize.
