On the 25th of June of 2014 Raivio has signed an agreement to join CEZ Nymburk, a team that is based within Nymburk, Czech Republic and participates for the Eurocup.

On August 16, 2016, Raivio signed with Portuguese club Benfica.

In 2007 Raivio was signed by the Basketball Bundesliga’s TBB Trier. In 2010 he joined the Erie Bayhawks of the NBA D-League. He split his time between the Bayhawks as well as the Fort Wayne Mad Ants. He played in the year 2011-12 in Japan for the newly expanded Shinshu Brave Warriors. The year 2012 saw Raivio joined Okapi Aalstar of the Ethias League of Belgium. Raivio enjoyed a great season at Okapi, and was the league’s leader in terms of points (18.7 per match) and index ratings (20.7 per match). He helped lead the no. fifth seeded group to a stunning Finals appearance, but Okapi ended up losing 3-1 in the final to Telenet Oostende.
