Denisse Astrid van Lamoen (born 12 September 1979) is a Chilean archer. She was the very first Chilean archer to take part in the Summer Olympics, but after failing a test for drugs in 2002, she quit archery to pursue a degree in law. Then she returned to archery. She was selected as “Chile’s Athlete of the Year” after she won the 2011. World Archery Championships. She was chosen to represent Chile’s flag at the 2012 Summer Olympics. Her heritage is Dutch descent.
