After having graduated at Harvard College, Chen started her career in Hong Kong as a television host for The News Corporation’s Star TV. Chen also worked in the television industry as the co-host of Children’s Channel and then worked as a reporter at Turner Broadcasting. Chen completed an MBA at Harvard Business School upon which she joined EF Education First. She is the Chief Culture Officer at EF and the Executive Vice President. She was instrumental in launching an EF-sponsored English Proficiency Index and has collaborated on the index with EF associate, Hult International Business School.
