He is an associate of the Danish Institute of International Affairs and director of the Center for Studies on America and the West at the Foreign Policy Research Institute, Philadelphia. Since 2004, he has been a columnist for Jyllands-Posten, the Danish everyday newspaper Jyllands-Posten. David Gress is also a frequent media commentator and a senior member of the Danish think organization CEPOS.
