The man had been an Andersen employee for over 20 years. He had been the company’s principal partnership on the Enron account since 1997, and for that he received more than $1 million. He was dismissed by Andersen on January 1, 2002, and accused of infraction of the law for directing Andersen employees to destroy tons of documents connected to Enron.
