The team which won the gold medal during the 2014 Women’s World Wheelchair Basketball Championship in Toronto in July of 2014, with silver medals at the 2014 Parapan American Games in August 2015.
In a 2018 interview with Radio Canada she said that she will participate in 2 more Paralympic competitions. She mentioned that if it won’t be in South Korea it will be in Tokyo in 2020 and 2022 Winter Paralympics in Beijing, China.
In 2011 Ouellet was a part of Canada’s very first Women’s U25 National Team that she was the captain at the very first Women’s U25 World Wheelchair Basketball Championships in St. Catharines, Ontario in July of 2011. Ouellet was selected as an all-star player, and was fourth overall in tournament scoring. She was awarded winner of the 2011 CWBL Women’s National Championships after taking Quebec to its first gold medal.

Ouellet started playing wheelchair basketball in the year 2005. It is classified as an 3.5 scorer. She was awarded a gold medal in 2007 at the Canada Games to represent Quebec and was then a part of the women’s senior team later in the year. Her Paralympic debut in 2008 at the Summer Paralympics at Beijing. In the 2010 World Championships in Birmingham she took home a bronze medal followed by a silver during the 2010 Parapan American Games in Guadalajara, Mexico.
In 2016 she participated at CrossFit weight lifting competition.
