Lucinda Gaye “Cindy” McLeish (born 26 April 1962) is an Australian politician. She is a member of the Victorian Legislative Assembly since 2010 and has been representing Seymour until 2014, and Eildon after that.
The year 2001 was the time that McLeish obtained an MBA at Melbourne Business School, which she attended part-time as she was working and raising children. McLeish was the CEO for Women’s Golf Victoria for many years. She also was involved in the field of leadership effectiveness and organisational capabilities within Right Management prior to becoming elected.
In December 2018, McLeish was elected unopposed as Deputy Leader of the Victorian Liberal Party taking on roles as Shadow Minister for Education, Youth Affairs and Regional Cities.
