Chen Ming- tong (Chinese: 陳明通 ; pinyin: Chén Míngtōng ; born 25 November 1955) is a Taiwanese politician. He was the Minister of the Mainland Affairs Council of the Executive Yuan from 2007 to 2008, and was reappointed to the position in 2018.
He led the Mainland Affairs Council (MAC) between 2007 and 2008, then returned to NTU. In 2018, he succeeded Katharine Chang as MAC minister.

Chen obtained his bachelor’s, master’s and doctoral degrees in political science from National Taiwan University (NTU) in 1979, 1981 and 1991, respectively.
