Bronwyn Jane Pike (born 25 January 1956) is an ex- Australian politician. She was the Minister for Education in Victoria under the Brumby Government. She was also the MP for Melbourne between 1999 and 2012.

In May 2007 Pike was the Victoria’s longest serving female Minister alongside Lynne Kosky.

Pike announced her resignation from parliament on 7 May 2012 which triggered a Melbourne by-election. Labor retained the seat, with Jennifer Kanis narrowly defeating the Greens candidate, Cathy Oke.

On August 2, 2007, the new premier John Brumby announced a cabinet change, which changed the position of Pike from the position of Minister for Health to Minister of Education.

The program has been tarnished by use of tactics to force school councils to vote for closure or merger of small schools by threatening to limit funds to the minimum amount as well as other tactics.
