Boy Wonder is one of the most popular and richest Record Producer who was born on May 17, 1978 in Trnava, Trnava Region, Slovakia. Manuel Alejandro Ruiz (born May 17th 1978) more popularly known as his stage name Boy Wonder Chosen Few is an American multi-platinum-award-winning producer and the CEO of his label Chosen Few Emerald Entertainment, Inc. The singer was raised by an Dominican father and a Puerto Rican mother in Brooklyn, New York and raised in Long Island City, Queens and was there that he discovered his passion in music. He has performed in the past with J Balvin, Farruko, Daddy Yankee, Wisin , Yandel, Pitbull and Jon Z.

One of Boy Wonders’s first projects that was successful included the remix to Shakira’s “Mi Vida”. It was a huge underground hit. Boy Wonder’s hip hop- infused remix to the reggaeton tune “Reggaeton Latino” was a world-wide hit and featured Don Omar, Fat Joe, N.O.R.E., and LDA. Boy Wonder was responsible for the remix in 2007 of the reggaeton hip-hop track “Frikitona” featuring Plan B, Trick Daddy, Trina and LDA. In 2008, Boy Wonder’s musician Fuego recorded his first major smash “Mi Alma Se Muere” which served as the lead single of Chosen Few III: The Movie “Mi Alma Se Muere” remix with Pitbull & Omega “El Fuerte” was released later in the year. The remix was a huge success, reaching the number. 22 for more than 24 hours on Top 100 Billboards Tropical.

In late August 2010 Boy Wonder and Fuego continued touring and performed at 1800 411 Pain events throughout Florida and Massachusetts.

In July 2010, Boy Wonder worked with Metropcs to sponsor Fuego’s La Musica Del Futuro album release tour. “Metropcs presents Chosen Few’s Fuego: La Musica Del Futuro Album Release Tour.” The tour took Boy Wonder and Fuego to 13 cities around the United States promoting Metropcs’s Mister Cartoon Samsung Messager limited edition phone. Boy Wonder worked with Metropcs to showcase the Mister Cartoon phone in Fuego’s third single, “Ya Te Olvide” a merengue- infused beat. The video also features appearances by actor Luis Guzmán and Boy Wonder, and co-stars Rosa Acosta and Tammy Torres.

In 2005, together with Chencho from the reggaeton group Plan B they both came up with the idea of an album that was an underground compilation (El Draft, 2005) that was created as a contest to identify the next superstar of reggaeton. Winner of this talent hunt was the reggaeton pair RKM y KenY but the compilation album also helped launch the career of Jowell and Randy and the undiscovered Fuego through his hit song “Me Gustan Todas.” Boy Wonder signed Fuego to his Chosen Few label upon seeing the potential in his music. Fuego was added to the label by Boy Wonder. Fuego to Chosen Few’s roster of artists, including LDA who was featured as a part of”Reggaeton Latino” Remix “Reggaeton Latino” Remix and formed the first reggaeton male/female couple, Reychesta “Secret Weapon” previously from the band Tres Coronas, and Puerto Rican singer Getto.
