Thien Minh Quach (born on August 29th 1999) is known under the name Billy Quach, is a Vietnamese-American politician and music producer who is based in Los Angeles, California. The album he released as his debut Identity came out on the 18th of January 19th, 2019. He is most famous for the single “Dance Fever”, which had more than one million views on his YouTube channel in the year 2017.

In the course of summer 2017 Quach premieres his first music video for his next track “Prixm” on Vevo (July 21 17th, 2017). “Prixm” features computer- generated graphics combined with hand-drawn animation that creates a special experience. The visuals of “Prixm” bring a whole new dimension of the futuristic that creates a variety of emotions for the viewers.
