In 1993, studying for her final high-school education she was awarded the Ford Models’ Supermodel of the World Contest (Australia) and was then signed by Ford Models and was taken to New York City, where she stayed together with Eileen Ford and worked with the magazines Allure, Seventeen, She, Elle, Harper’s Bazaar and Vogue.
