Beata “Bea” Szenfeld (born 23 December 1972 in Poland) is a Swedish designer and fashion designer. She is well-known for her unique and innovative designs that incorporate unique fabrics and settings. She has also created invitations, and has held art exhibitions incorporating works of art.

The American Fashion designer Tommy Hilfiger visited Sweden in 2007, she created the storefront of his store. She worked in collaboration with Japanese company Sanrio that invented Hello Kitty. Szenfeld has also conceptualized the invitations to the event planner Micael Bindefeld. In her collaboration together with Italian company Barilla she designed the dress entirely from pasta. In May 2009, Szenfeldt exhibited the outdoor exhibition Traditioner in Kulturen i Lund, an interpretation of the nation’s costume tradition, set in the trees in the park for culture in Lund.

On 12 February 2020, Szenfelds studio was shot at when she was there, with a soft airgun with two people being arrested.

The year 2005 was the time she designed her own exhibit titled Too much is not enough, with the concept of re-usable objects. The exhibit was exhibited for the general public at Kulturen in Lund, the Regionalmuseet Kristianstad as well as Falkenbergs museum. In the course of Stockholm Fashion Week in August 2006, Szenfeld presented a joint fashion show together with Gunilla Ponten. In the following year she received a scholarship from the Konstnarsnamnden for the collection of papers Paper Dolls which was exhibited at Liljevalchs Konsthall in 2007.

Szenfeld is a native of Poland and was emigrated as a child along with their mother in Gothenburg, Sweden in 1983. She now is a resident of Stockholm. In 2002 she completed her studies at Beckmans the design institute. Her graduation work won H&M’s design scholarship.

In 2014, singer, Lady Gaga used Szenfelds design for herself and her background dancers for the music video for the song “G.U.Y.”
