The 120-page novel is journal entries that is kept by William Drum, a former Chicago policeman who was exiled to a mysterious city called Retrocity. The city hasn’t been seen on any map since it was struck with”the “Retro- processus Virus”, in the 1950s, prompting authorities to quarantine it. William Drum will attempt to reveal the secrets of the Retro-processus virus and also to make it through his time in this bio-mechanical and morbid city. B. was the illustrator and wrote the entire text by himself.
In 2007, he relocated to Paris and worked as the Artistic Director of the gallery of art Le Cabinet des Curieux. The gallery was the venue for his shows Eros as well as Thanatos, Venus Robotica and Phantasms in three-part series. He also contributed to “Chroniques des Ombres” (Shadows Chronicles) the online graphic novel with animation created by Pierre Bordage, as an Artistic Director and the Lead Artist.
