Barbara “Barb” Spencer (born Barbara Jay Kirkness, February 14 in 1966) is a Canadian curler from Sanford, Manitoba. Spencer has been a Canadian Junior champion and a three-time provincial champion.

Barb and Darcy have won their third provincial championship in 2009. The last time they won, Enright was throwing lead stones, and the newcomer Brette Richards was at second. In the 2010 Scotties Tournament of Hearts, the rink ended the tournament with a record of 2-9.

In Grand Slam events, Spencer has made the quarterfinals in five events, and the semi finals. Since it became a Grand Slam event, Spencer has played in every single Manitoba Lotteries Women’s Curling Classics since it became a Grand Slam, making the semi finals in 2013, and the quarters in 2008, 2009 and

Spencer didn’t return to her place in the Hearts until she took home the provincial championship in 2003. The next was the second time Spencer did not play in the squad and her sister Darcy played in the third position, while Barb Annright and Faye Unrau rounded out the team. The team finished with a score of 4-7 in the Scott Tournament of Hearts.
