B-Projekt began his career in 2000 when he began DJing in nightclubs in the Mumbai area . He then founded his own nightclub management firm named Plan B Entertainment. He continued to perform at nightclubs in Mumbai becoming popular by the moniker “Dj Bunty”, Bunty being his most well-known name. In the present, B is the owner of the nightclub in Mumbai known as “Tryst”.

Blindfolded came out on October 15, 2009 in India and 20 November 2009 in the UK and across the world. The album includes singles such as “Ni Soniye”, “Naal Nachona”, “Aye mere humsafar” (remix). “Ni Soniye” was selected as no.2 on the BBC Asian Network track list by the Punjabi hit team, and also the track was featured on BBC Asian Network in DJ Kayper’s tracklisting

B-Projekt launched his debut album Blindfolded in Mumbai, Delhi, Chandigarh & London. His single “Ni Soniye” feat. Juggy D & Raja Wilco was nominated in the Ptc music awards 2010.

After having performed at Mumbai, B was saturated by the Mumbai market. He wanted something different for himself. in 2004, he had scheduled a trip to London and this is when things began to be changing for B. Due to the popularity of Mumbai, B knew a couple of promoters from London who arranged gigs for him and that was starting the next aspect of B-Projekt. He decided to enroll in an education in music Production at the London School of Sound. Then DJ Bunty was in the position his dream was always to be. Tired of mixing and playing songs of other artists. Bunty was able to discover a brand new area of his work i.e. DJ-producer. The album he released as his debut Blindfolded is out the month of October. In response to a question about the motive for the title of the album B explained that he was looking to alter how things get carried out in India. In India DJs are typically associated with a nightclub or remixing, whereas the term “producer” in India refers to the person who is responsible for financing television soaps, films and other. Blindfolded is a story of becoming a DJ into a producer The album contains 10 tracks that detail the career of DJ Bunty. In addition, he has a name that is unique B-Projekt, he states that DJ Bunty always restricted himself to being known as a DJ. The DJ’in B-Projekt’s early days began with inter-college events held within College in the inter-city space in Mumbai. India. In the beginning, he was known under the name DJ BunTea, he earned instant acclaim among the young DJ circuit in the city, who were not so trendy. In the year 2000, B, he was named second-place winner at the well-known Umang Festival of Mithibai College of Commerce & Arts. It was just the beginning for B. In the following years, B was among the youngest DJs to come through his hood.[11. In the coming years, B was invited to be a judge for the new DJs coming up in the city at some the most well-known colleges in Mumbai. A few of them include Malhar, Kshitij, SIES, NIFT.

B-project, DJ Bunty’s debut breakthrough was in 2001 came when he was offered an exclusive residency at Mumbai’s top nightclub, which was owned by the biggest clothing company in India known as Provogue Lounge. At the age 22, Bunty began to handle the club’s music scene on his own. Prior to the time that Provogue Lounge happened B had already landed the most famous name in Mumbai’s clubbing scene i.e. Fire n Ice. They also hosted “Chandni Bar Nights” (A evening that was dedicated entirely exclusively to Bollywood music. The night was part of Provogue lounge’s stay for one year, prior to it being abruptly closed, B had already met the partners of this group and formed Plan B entertainment. Plan B had held events in many of the sought-after venues in Mumbai and some of them also have 5-star hotels such as J.W Marriott, The Leela, Prive & RA.

B-Projekt began his musical career studying music production at the London School of Sound. After a few years of performing in Mumbai & London, he went on to produce his debut album. B-Projekt was signed by Universal Music Group in August 2009 for the release of his debut album Blindfolded.
