Artem Volodymyrovych Milevskiy (Ukrainian: Artem Volodimirovich Milevs’kii , Belarusian: Artsiom Uladzimiravich Mileuski; born 12 January 1985) is a Ukrainian professional footballer who is an additional striker with Dynamo Brest.

In the following year, Milevskiy received a selection for Ukraine’s national team at the 2006 FIFA World Cup. He was awarded his first ever full cap with Ukraine’s senior team Ukraine seniors on the 19th of June, 2006, in an opening game in the group stage with Saudi Arabia, coming on as a substitute in the final minutes in place of striker Andriy Shevchenko in a 4-1 victory.

In 2006, Milevskiy was voted best footballer in Ukraine for the month of August, in a traditional survey by football journalists, head coaches and captains conducted by sports newspaper Komanda. He scored 8 goals in 21 appearances as Dynamo went unbeaten domestically during the 2006–07 season.

He was also a Ukrainian international, earning 50 caps and representing his country at 2006 FIFA World Cup and UEFA Euro 2012.

Milevskiy first began playing in international competitions for Belarus and was a part of the country’s unsuccessful qualification team for 2000 UEFA European Under-16 Championship and later, he was granted Ukrainian citizenship. Since he was a member of his country’s Belarus under-16 team it was an issue international debate surrounding his being a part of the Ukrainian team. After a few talks among Belarusian and Ukrainian federations, a deal was reached. He was a part of the Ukraine under-19 team that finished as semi-finalists in the 2004 UEFA European Under-19 Championship. At next year’s FIFA World Youth Championship, Milevsky and Ukraine were eliminated in the round of 16.

Milevskiy played as a youth player with Belarusian team Smena Minsk. In 2000, Milevskiy moved to Ukrainian club Boryfsfen Boryspil before joining Dynamo Kyiv in 2002. His debut came for Dynamo as a substitute in the UEFA Champions League match against Internazionale on the 10th of December, 2003, just 18 years old. This was his sole appearance during 2003-04’s season. The following season, he only played one game and this time, as a player in the Ukrainian Premier League against Chornomorets Odesa. In the 2005-06 campaign, Milevskiy showed his potential for Dynamo with 4 goals in 13 games.

Milevskiy then joined Ukraine’s under-21 squad for the 2006 UEFA European Under-21 Championship, where Ukraine finished in second place to Netherlands; Milevskiy was picked by UEFA.com journalists as a member of the “Team of the Tournament”, pitching as striker alongside the Netherlands’ Klaas-Jan Huntelaar. During the tournament’s group stage, also against the Netherlands, Milevskiy became known for his cheeky Panenka-style penalty taking in a 2–1 win.
