Arsen Pavlov is one of the most popular and richest Armed Force Officer who was born on February 2, 1983 in Ukhta, Komi Republic, Russia. Arsen (Arseny) Sergeyevich Plov (Russian: Arsen Sergeevich Pavlov 2 February 1983 16 Oct. 2016) was known as his pseudonym Motorola (Motorola) was an Russian citizen who commanded his own Sparta Battalion, an armed unit fighting the Ukrainian army, during fighting the ongoing War in Donbass.

On the 16th of March, 2014, he was a participant during protests that took place at Kharkiv, Ukraine that called for Russian intervention. The protesters were caught on video footage from the event by the city’s web-based news outlet. The man was referred to as ‘Motorola’. He was elected head of the Sparta Battalion, a pro-Russian militant group that was fighting the conflict within Donbass in opposition to government troops from the Ukrainian government. He declared the Donbass region in the Donbass region to be “Russian land”.

In April 2015, the Kyiv Post released a recording in which Pavlov discussed killing fifteen Ukrainian prisoners of war. Motorola and his battalion are also accused of torturing captured Ukrainian soldiers. After Ukrainian soldier Ihor Branovytsky had been captured near Donetsk and was in custody of Pavlov’s group, Pavlov is alleged to have deliberately killed the prisoner on 21 January 2015 with two headshots.
