Aris Caslib is one of the most popular and richest Association Football Manager who was born on February 22, 1968 in Taytay, Rizal, Philippines. Caslib was the head coach of the national under-23 team during the 2004 Southeast Asian Games as head coach.
In 2016, Caslib was appointed the chief deputy for the team’s senior squad, under the head coach Thomas Dooley. He succeeds Sebastian Stache. He also coached his Philippine national team during a friendly game against Australian team, Perth Glory FC in July of 2016 as the coach in place of Dooley.
In December of 2016, Caslib was appointed as the Head Coach of Philippines Football League Club Meralco Manila succeeding former Philippines national team coach Simon McMenemy.

Caslib is also an assistant coach in the team of Seniors’ Football at San Beda University, the Red Booters. They took home the NCAA championship for eight consecutive seasons following a sweep of the field. They then, in October 2008, they became champions of the UNIGAMES tournament.
On his first and only season with the Sparks, they finished 1st in the regular season and 3rd in the Finals Series of the 2017 Philippines Football League. The club was disestablished in January 2018 with Caslib as its last head coach.
