Fleischer was born in East Berlin growing up as an unmarried child in the district consisting of Lichtenberg as well as Hoppegarten. After graduating from highschool in 1999 she left the city to go to university in Hamburg. In 2003 , while attending the University of Luneburg she took on an offer to be interview to the ZDF youth show Bravo TV. She is still living in Berlin.

In the highly successful film of 2008, the ZDF show SOKO Wismar she was the character Marion Meer. The year 2010 was the first time she was a guest in Countdown in the episode Die Jagd beginnt in the episode”Statement versus Statement.
In 2011/2012 she completed an additional course of study, “School of Happiness”, at the Ernst Fritz-Schubert Institute in Heidelberg. Based on this training, she prefers giving young people special life-realistic lessons and supporting the educators with advice.
