Anne Dickins, MBE (born 20 February 1967) is an British paracanoeist that competes in the classification KL3. She was awarded the gold medal in this event at the 2016, Summer Paralympics as well as also taken home three golds at the World Championship and three European Championship gold medals.

Dickins was awarded medals at her KL3 category at the 2016 Summer Paralympics held in Rio de Janeiro, the first Paralympics that included canoeing competitions she beat Amanda Reynolds by a margin of 0.03 seconds.

In her debut race season, Dickins won gold at the 2013 European Championships and silver at the World Championships in the K-1 200m LTA class. In 2014, she was successful in defending the title of her European Championship title and won her first World Championship gold. In 2015, she won the third time in succession European Championship title and won the silver medal at the World Championships, competing in the K-1 200m KL3 class. In the 2015 World Championships she won gold in the K-1 200m KL3 class.
