Angela Wozniak (born March 11 in 1987) was a former member of the New York State Assembly, in office from 2015 until 2016. She was a member of the 143rd district that included Cheektowaga, Lancaster, and Depew, New York. A registered Conservative, Wozniak caucused with the Republican majority of the Assembly.

On March 9th, 2016, Wozniak received a warning and was prohibited from hiring interns as a result of an investigation conducted by the Assembly Ethics Committee. The investigation was focused on allegations of a staffer whom Wozniak was involved in an extramarital relationship. Although the Committee “found insufficient evidence to conclude that the relationship at any point constituted ‘quid pro quo sexual harassment'” However, they did conclude that Wozniak was retaliating against the employee by tarnishing his image following the end of their relationship. Wozniak then apologized to the staffer for using “very poor judgment [by] having [a] relationship with a staffer.”

As part of a 2019 settlement with New York’s Joint Commission on Public Ethics, Wozniak admitted that she had broken state law when she made personnel decisions regarding the staffer with whom she had engaged in an affair.

In May of this year, Wozniak announced that she will not run for reelection to the Assembly seat. Her successor was Democrat Monica P. Wallace.
