Alvera Mukabaramba is one of the most popular and richest Politician who was born on March 1, 1960 in Rwanda. She was born in Rwanda, 1 March 1960. She graduated with a medical degree from the First Pavlov State Medical University in St. Petersburg, Russia. The university granted her a Doctor of Philosophy in Pediatrics.
Alvera Mukabaramba began her political career in 1999 when she was elected to the National Transitional Assembly. She served in that capacity until 2003. She was a senator in Rwanda’s bicameral parliament from 2003 to October 2011. On 10 October 211 she was elected State Minister for Social Affairs and Community Development at the Ministry of Local Government. She succeeded Christine Nyatanyi who died in a Brussels hospital. She has been kept in the cabinet since then and her portfolio has been maintained in all cabinet reshuffles including that on 31 August 2017.
She was elected the president of the “Rwanda Forum for Political Parties (FFFP) in 2012. This organization brings together all political parties in the country to promote national unity.
