Cherry Bomb lost her first match in Shimmer Women Athletes’ SPARKLE Division against Melanie Cruise on October 19, 2008. Later, she formed a regular tag team in Shimmer with Kimber Lee. This was briefly known as Team Combat Zone and then renamed The Kimber Bombs. The Kimber Bombs defeated 3G (Kellie Skarter and Tomoka Nakagawa), for the Shimmer Tag Team Championship in October 2013. The Kimber Bombs competed in Shimmer’s tag-team division against Ray and Leon, Veda Scott and Bambi Hall. 3G was defeated by The Kimber Bombs to win the Shimmer Tag Team Championship on April 11, 2015. The title was lost to Evie and Heidi Lovelace, June 26, 2016.

Cherry Bomb was part of the debut show of NCW Femmes Fatales on September 5, 2009, where she lost to Sara Del Rey. She gained her first victory in the promotion on February 6, 2010, when she defeated Mistress Belmont. She was scheduled to wrestle against Daffney at NCW Femmes Fatales’ third show, but was unable to make the show. At Femmes Fatales IX on July 7, 2012, Cherry Bomb and Sweet Cherrie unsuccessfully challenged The Canadian NINJAs (Portia Perez and Nicole Matthews) for the Shimmer Tag Team Championship. After the match, Cherry Bomb attacked Sweet Cherrie, blaming her for the loss.

Dennis posed for the 2010 Nearly Naked Ladies of Wrestling Calendar, which was set up in aid of the Canadian Breast Cancer Foundation. She appears as herself in the 2011 independent film Beat Down.

Cherry Bomb made her debut in Great Canadian Wrestling on May 1, 2006. She quickly became friends with Jake O’Reilly and began managing him. Cherry Bomb fought at the Super Hardcore Anime Wrestling Expo in 2006. This was a combination of the 10th Annual Anime Nord Convention and GCW’s Great Canadian Wrestling Expo. She teamed up with LuFisto, Darkston and Team Sailor Moon to defeat Team Rocket (Timothy Dalton and Pandora). To determine the inaugural GCW W.I.L.D., she competed in the tournament. She was crowned Champion on November 18, 2006. She defeated Portia Perez during the first round, before losing to Sirelda in the semi-finals. She competed in GCW through early 2007, teaming up again with Hayden, the Destroyer, to defeat Cody Deaner on New Year’s Evil and Portia Peez on January 12. On April 13, she teamed up with Sirelda to win a victory over Deanna and Aurora. On April 14, she won W.I.L.D. She defeated April Hunter, Hailey Rogers and Miss Danyah in a four-way match at Anarchy in Angus. She won the title by disqualifying the Southside Stranglerette and held it for just over two years before being defeated by Miss Danyah at Random Acts of Violence, June 22. Cherry Bomb sustained a neck injury on September 7, 2007 while beating Danyah. Cherry Bomb was forced to stop wrestling for nine months because of the injury.
