Yussupova won in the individual all around competition the Kazakhstani National Championships 2000-2005. She won the rhythmic gymnastics medal at the 2006 Asian Championships held in Surat, India (from July 29 through August 3). Six gold medals were won by her, including four individual apparatus titles as well as the team gold, individual all-around and individual gold. At the 2007 World Championships, she placed 6th in All Around.
